Terms of Use (EULA)

By downloading, installing, or using GhostSIM ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The Service

GhostSIM provides temporary, disposable phone numbers from third-party telephony gateways so users can receive one-time verification (OTP) codes from online services without exposing their personal phone number. The App is intended for legitimate privacy use cases such as protecting your personal number when signing up for online accounts.

2. Eligibility & Parental Supervision

The App itself contains no objectionable content and is rated 4+. However, you must be old enough to maintain an Apple ID or Google account and to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your country to make in-app purchases. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising any in-app purchases made by minors using a device under their control.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the App to:

• Engage in fraud, identity theft, impersonation, or any illegal activity.
• Create accounts in violation of another service's Terms of Service.
• Send harassing, threatening, or unlawful communications.
• Circumvent the security or anti-fraud measures of any platform.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the temporary numbers obtained through the App.
• Use the App to receive codes for cryptocurrency exchanges, banking, government services, or any platform where you are required by law to use your real, verified identity.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension without refund.

4. Credits & Subscriptions

The App operates on a credit-based system:

• Subscriptions (Weekly / Monthly) — automatically renew at the price shown in the App until cancelled. You can cancel anytime in your device's subscription settings at least 24 hours before the next renewal.
• One-time credit packs — non-refundable consumable purchases that grant a fixed amount of credits.
• Credit cost per number — each temporary number costs a fixed number of credits, displayed before purchase.
• Refund policy — if no SMS arrives within 20 minutes of purchasing a number, credits are automatically refunded. You may also manually cancel after 2 minutes if no SMS has arrived. If a SMS has already been received, no refund is issued.
• Credits have no monetary value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Subscription Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID or Google account is charged for renewal. To manage or cancel your subscription:

• iOS: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → GhostSIM
• Android: Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → GhostSIM

Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.

6. Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Refunds for in-app purchases are handled exclusively by the platform:

• iOS: reportaproblem.apple.com
• Android: play.google.com/store/account/orders

In-app credit refunds (when no SMS arrives) are issued automatically as credits, not as cash.

7. No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• Any specific service (e.g. WhatsApp, Telegram) will accept the temporary number.
• SMS messages will always be delivered or delivered on time.
• The App will be available without interruption.
• The temporary number will be unique to you or remain associated with you after the activation expires.

Temporary phone numbers are shared infrastructure and may be reused by other users after expiration.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of accounts, or loss of money from a third-party platform that locked or banned you. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 30 days.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, abuses the service, or engages in fraudulent activity. You may also delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account.

10. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced inside the App. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Türkiye.

Apple App Store users: Apple is not a party to these Terms and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. In the event of conflict between these Terms and Apple's standard EULA, Apple's EULA prevails to the extent of the conflict, except where these Terms are more restrictive.
