How do I receive an SMS?

Open the Services tab, pick a service (e.g. WhatsApp), choose a country, and tap to buy a number with your credits. Use that number on the service you want to verify — the code will appear in the app within a few minutes.

Why do I have to wait 2 minutes before cancelling?

Our partner HeroSMS reserves the phone number for at least 2 minutes. If you cancel before that, your credits cannot be refunded. After 2 minutes you can cancel anytime before the SMS arrives.

I cancelled but no refund — why?

If the SMS already arrived before you cancelled, the activation is considered successful and credits are not refunded.

The SMS never arrived. What now?

Wait up to 20 minutes. If still no SMS, cancel — you'll get your credits back. Try a different country or service.

How do I get more credits?

Tap the Packages tab and choose a weekly or monthly plan. Credits are added instantly after purchase.

I lost my credits when reinstalling the app

Open Settings → "Restore purchases". Your subscription will reactivate and credits will be re-issued.

How do I delete my account?

Email support@pmzpw.com with your Device ID (Settings → Device ID).

Is this legal?
